The Mob Museum

 
If Vintage Vegas is up your alley, you won’t want to miss this. Located inside a restored 1933 former courthouse and post office building, the Mob Museum shares real stories and historical events through three floors of interactive exhibits. In one, visitors can travel back in time to the 1920s Prohibition era with videos and special artifacts. Resembling an old speakeasy, the exhibit is built around a bar and an entertainment stage, which helps to create the atmosphere of the bygone time.
 

National Atomic Testing Museum

 
This national science, history, and educational museum delves into the history of America’s nuclear weapons testing program. In addition to rotating exhibits, the National Atomic Testing Museum also showcases a collection of over 12,000 unique artifacts. Visitors can see a large reactor that was used to develop the nuclear rocket, the first air-to-air missile, Genie, and the Davy Crockett Weapon System.
