Want to celebrate New Year’s Eve in a big way? Just head down to nearby Las Vegas. The whole strip will be set down for a massive block party and a spectacular fireworks displays which go off the rooftops of seven (yes, seven!) hotels. Since there’s so much going on, we narrowed down our top three events for New Year’s in Las Vegas below. Book your stay with us here at Best Western Hoover Dam to get the best of both worlds — we’re located in Boulder City, so we’re just far enough away from the bright lights that you can enjoy a restful stay in our clean, comfortable accommodations; and just close enough that it’s so easy to get to all the action.

Ron DeCar's Swingin' New Years Eve

Held at Ron DeCar’s Event Center, this vintage Las Vegas soiree will have you feeling all warm with nostalgia as you enter 2019! There’ll be a buffet (the desserts are to die for), dancing, live music, and more.  It’s just underneath the Stratosphere Hotel’s incredible fireworks display, so you’ll have a fantastic view of the show from your candlelit table.

New Year’s Eve at the Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower

This one is surely going to be an out of this world experience! At 800 feet in the air, the Stratosphere’s view of the Las Vegas Strip from the top is a sweeping 350 degrees and sets the scene for two totally extravagant New Year’s Eve parties. There will be champagne, cuisine made by award-winning chefs, and an open bar. The fireworks display will be going off here, too!

On The Record

The nightclub, speakeasy, and record store is having its grand opening on New Year’s Eve — grand, indeed! Located inside Park MGM, the party promises lots of surprises (including a bus right inside the club), as well as amazing music, of course.
