HOTEL POLICIES

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Minimum check-in age is 21. While we do offer early check in, requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed.

Guests 16 and under, at time of travel, are considered children and stay free in the same room as their parents, however, charges for additional bedding may apply. Guests must advise the Front Desk at check-in of the number of adults and children.


WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!

Pets are welcome at the Best Western Hoover Dam. We are pleased to offer pet-friendly standard rooms. For the safety and comfort of all our guests as well as your beloved pet, we kindly request all owners review the following pet policies prior to booking.


PET POLICIES

Pets must be within the 30-pound weight limit. Dogs are allowed at the hotel and additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. Pets must be on a leash when outside room and excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pets are not allowed in the common areas, unless they are a service animal. Our pet rate is $20.00 per night.


PAYMENT POLICIES DEPOSIT INFORMATION

You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques upon departure. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Best Western Hoover Dam will authorize your credit card the day of your arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.


HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m., 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
